This document outlines our policies regarding the scheduling, execution, and delivery of our consulting services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Consultation Scheduling:

  • Consultations are scheduled within 24 hours of request, subject to availability. We strive to accommodate your preferred timing and will confirm the date and time of your consultation via email.
  • Please ensure to provide accurate contact information so we can reach out to you if any scheduling conflicts arise or if additional information is needed prior to your consultation.

Service Execution:

  • Our consulting services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. The scope, duration, and deliverables of our services will be clearly outlined in the service agreement provided prior to the commencement of services.
  • Projects are executed according to the timeline specified in the service agreement. Any changes or delays will be communicated promptly.

Deliverables:

  • Deliverables, including reports, software, documentation, or any other materials specified in the service agreement, will be provided upon completion of the services or in stages, as agreed upon in the service agreement.
  • Clients will receive notifications via email upon completion of each milestone or final delivery, including instructions on how to access or download the deliverables.

Changes and Cancellations:

  • Requests for changes to the scope of services or project timelines must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of a scheduled consultation to avoid cancellation fees. For project-based work, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined in the service agreement.

Payment:

  • Payment terms, including milestones, final invoicing, and acceptable payment methods, are detailed in the service agreement.
  • All services are billed according to the terms agreed upon in the service agreement. Invoices are due and payable upon of receipt.
